Privacy

What we collect. Only what you type into a form on this site: your name, email, organisation, and — if you fill them in — your role, the sector you are asking about, and your message. We collect nothing about you in the background.

Why. To answer you, and to carry the conversation forward. An enquiry about our reports is a step towards a possible agreement; beyond that we rely on our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us about our work. We send no newsletters and pass your details to no one for marketing.

Who else sees it. Two suppliers handle data on our behalf, under written data processing agreements, and only in order to run this site: Resend delivers the emails the forms generate (based in the United States, transfers covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses), and Vercel hosts the site (also based in the United States, certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework). Beyond those two, nobody. We do not sell personal data.

How long. As long as the enquiry is live, and up to two years after, so we can pick a conversation up where it left off. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will.

Cookies. This site sets no cookies. We use Vercel Analytics to count visits; it is cookieless and builds no profile of you.

Your rights. You can ask for a copy of what we hold, have it corrected or deleted, or object to our processing it. Write to contact@ibensoft.tech.
